Following us becoming part of the Johnson Service Group family, The London Linen Group (of which London Linen Supply is the founding division) have implemented various organisational and project changes in order to further strengthen our customer offer. We believe that going forward these will increasingly cement The London Linen Group as market leader in our field – providing the very best possible service to ensure our customers achieve great success.
Having been market leader in textile laundry rental for the restaurant sector for over 80 years, I am proud to say we are investing in the future and to this end London Linen has embarked on a significant transformation of its business. Our aim is to continue to provide unparalleled levels of customer service, quality and product innovation, to meet the needs of our customers within the restaurant and catering sectors, the majority of whom operate in the culinary capital of the world.
Kevin O’Leary – Managing Director
Our business is benefiting from significant investments in our equipment, facilities and people – continually enabling us to provide high quality service with great value. Operating from 3 separate comprehensive production facilities, we are able to provide specialist services focused to the individual’s business whilst also having unparalleled ability to maintain reliability and efficiency.
Simon Knatchbull – Operations Director
Being sustainable is part of our core DNA, not only does it make business sense, but is totally in tune with the demands of our customers. It’s within this context that we are delighted to be the sole textile recycling partner for M&S Plan A – by producing these bags from our waste, we reduce our carbon footprint and provide vital charity contributions to Unicef.
Bryn Sutton – Sales, Marketing and Service Director
